Registration & Account Verification

Register as a buyer (importer, distributor, or industrial company) by completing your company data. Upload NIB and legal documents. Our team will verify within 1–2 business days.

Ensure your NIB is active and matches your business sector
Upload documents in PDF/JPG format, max 2MB
Check your email for verification status and account activation

Browse & Product Sourcing

Discover Indonesian products and commodities from verified producers and SMEs. Use category filters — from Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Fisheries, to Handicraft & Lifestyle.

Use the 'Ready Stock' filter for products with faster availability
Add products to your wishlist for price comparison
Check the producer profile and NIB verification status before bidding

Submit a Bid or Join Business Matching

Click 'Bid Now' on your chosen product, fill in quantity, offer price, and special notes. Or join a Business Matching program to meet Indonesian producers directly.

Bids are processed by admin within 1 business day
You will receive a notification when your bid is approved
You can bid on multiple products simultaneously for comparison

Confirm & Payment

After your bid is approved, proceed to checkout and transfer payment according to the issued invoice. Upload proof of transfer for admin verification before production begins.

Include the order number in the transfer description
Payment verification takes a maximum of 1×24 hours
Keep the proof of transfer as a reference

Tracking & Goods Receipt

Monitor your order status from the dashboard — from processing, packing, to shipping. For export shipments, the Crossentrade team assists with cross-border document processing.

Check the condition of goods upon receipt and document it
Submit a return request within 7 days if there is an issue
Confirm receipt on the platform to complete the transaction
