Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Crossentrade platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This platform is a B2B digital trade ecosystem intended for business-to-business activities. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Crossentrade website and application. "Seller/Producer" refers to SMEs, cooperatives, producers, exporters, or aggregators that sell products. "Buyer" refers to importers, distributors, retail chains, horeca, or industries that make purchases. "Bid" is a price offer submitted by a buyer for a producer's product. "Business Matching" is a service facilitating business meetings between sellers and international buyers.

3. Account Requirements

Users must register a legally valid business entity. Producers must have an active, verified NIB before they can list products. Products require admin approval before being published. Each account is only permitted for one company entity. Users are fully responsible for the security and activity of their accounts.

4. Transaction Process

Transactions begin with the buyer submitting a bid for available products. Crossentrade admin will verify and process the bid before approval. Buyers cannot proceed to checkout until the bid is approved. Payment is only considered valid after verification by the Crossentrade team. Verified payment signals the producer to begin the production process.

5. Business Matching & Export Assistance Services

Crossentrade provides Business Matching (Online/Offline) and Export Assistance services which are paid according to the selected package. Crossentrade does not guarantee transaction success from Business Matching programs but will provide maximum assistance. Export Assistance services include product curation, export documents, certification, HS Code, market research, and pricing strategy.

6. Cancellation & Return Policy

Order cancellation can only be done before the status changes to 'Processing'. Returns must be accompanied by valid proof and submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. For export transactions, return terms follow the agreement between both parties. The final decision on return claims rests with Crossentrade admin.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crossentrade acts as a trade facilitator and is not responsible for product quality beyond verified standards. We do not bear losses due to third-party logistics delays or cross-border customs regulation issues. Disputes between buyers and producers will be resolved through platform mediation. Crossentrade reserves the right to suspend or close accounts proven to be in violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Crossentrade reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with service and regulatory developments. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
