Crossentrade is an international trade platform and business ecosystem connecting Indonesian producers, SMEs, cooperatives, and exporters with global buyers through a B2B digital trading system. We provide sourcing, business matching, export consulting, and cross-border transaction management services.

Crossentrade is more than a marketplace — we are an integrated trade ecosystem covering B2B Marketplace, Business Matching, Export Assistance, Sourcing & Procurement, Trade Consulting, and Trade Ecosystem. Our focus is helping Indonesian products enter international markets easily, safely, and sustainably.

Crossentrade targets buyers from ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei Darussalam), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), East Asia (South Korea, Japan, China), and Europe (Netherlands, Germany, UK).

Buyers can be importers, distributors, retail chains, horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes), or industrial companies looking to source products from Indonesia. Registration requires completing company data and legal verification.

Once registered and verified, buyers can browse products from Indonesian producers, submit bids with desired price and quantity, or join our facilitated Business Matching programs. Crossentrade admins help with negotiation until the deal is closed.

Checkout can only be done after your bid is approved by the admin. Once approved, the bid status changes to 'Approved', an invoice is issued, and the buyer can proceed with payment.

Eligible producers include SMEs, cooperatives, manufacturers, exporters, and Indonesian product aggregators. Key requirements are a valid legal entity, active NIB, and products approved by the Crossentrade team.

Crossentrade supports various Indonesian product categories: Food & Beverage (coffee, cocoa, honey, palm sugar, spices), Agriculture (coconut, corn, cassava, rice), Fisheries, Livestock, Manufacturing (industrial machinery, raw materials), and Handicraft & Lifestyle (furniture, handcrafts).

We offer comprehensive export assistance including: product curation, export document preparation, product certification, HS Code determination, market research, and international pricing strategy.

Currently, payment is made via bank transfer. Proof of payment must be uploaded to the platform for verification by our team before production begins. We will expand to international payment methods in the future.

After payment is verified, the producer processes the order and prints the packing list. Cross-border shipping is accompanied by export document management by the Crossentrade team. Buyers can track shipment status through their dashboard.

Business Matching is a service that facilitates business meetings between Indonesian businesses and buyers from various countries. The program is available as Online Business Matching, Offline Business Matching, Trade Mission, and Buyer Gathering.

Registered producers and exporters can sign up for Business Matching programs organized by Crossentrade. Program information is available in the dashboard and will be sent via notifications/email.
